VENDOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

Vendor Registration due date: AUGUST 9, 2024 and will be NON-NEGOTIABLE Per the City of Petoskey

• $25 Registration fee with the City of Petoskey non-refundable

• VENDORS responsible for providing own canopy, tables and chairs

• The standard vendor space is 12x12. (more space is available if needed)

• ALL ELECTRIC NEEDS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY THE WATER IS LIFE FESTIVAL

  • Please note vendors must provide own electrical needs

• Set up times and registration are as follows

  • Registration and Set up times 10am-1pm

• NO DEEP GROUND STAKING PER THE CITY OF PETOSKEY (can cause harm to sprinkler sytems)

• ALL NGO’S & Non-for-Profit, informational booths MUST STILL REGISTER WITH THE CITY OF PETOSKEY WITH AN APPLICATION​

VENDOR INSURANCE
Thank you for your registration for the Water is Life Festival, scheduled to occur on August 31, 2024.

As a standard requirement of all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in all. If you do not have this coverage in place, we have made arrangements for all of our exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings by purchasing as part of a group. Proof of alternative coverage, satisfying these minimums, or secured coverage through the link provided above must be in place prior to your scheduled move-in date. You will not be allowed to move-in/exhibit without proper insurance coverage in place.
